One of the worst hosting companies since 2005 out of 2071

Extract taken from web-hosting-top.com

One of the worst hosting companies we came across since 2005 out of 2701 companies. In the name of so called hosting services Lypha.com is charging their customers for anything but what they advertise on their website hosted on a ‘marked’ server. Because their own server is spoofed the company (Lypha) itself can’t provide any speed, accuracy, maintenance, tech-support, etc. they claim they are able to do so. The ‘positive’ feedbacks of Lypha.com are also counterfeit as stated on the awarding sites and their so called ‘awards’ has no base or reality check. In conclusion the site Lypha.com has no real existence (there is not an incorporated company as at September 22, 2007). Lypha is not a legitimate and legal entity and in consequences it can’t be drown to court in any lawsuit as incorporated. It has to be reported to the Internet Fraud Association.

Lypha cheap web hosting SUCKS

Sunday, April 27th, 2008

This blog is to document my unfortunate experiences with the Lypha.com Web hosting company, also trading as IMHosted.com

They claim to be a cheap web hosting company, hosting over 71,000 domains.

Their network status page only lists about 20 servers. That should tell you something to start with…

They also offer too good to be true feature lists, which in my experience with them, are indeed not true.

Regardless of the number of servers and features, I hope this will alert you to he DANGERS of dealing with inept web hosting company, like Lypha (IM Hosted).

I’ll just give you the facts about my experience hosting on Lypha servers, and you can judge for yourself.

Whether it is Lypha, IM Hosted, or any other poor quality, unreliable host, the lessons to be learned for any domain name owner and webmaster, can be applied to any web hosting situation. I hope you learn from this and not the hard way!
